Here are a few kind words from past and current clients.
Before I met Danny, I was in a terrible pattern of joining a gym, working out for a few weeks and then quitting. Danny changed all that by really listening to me and my needs; I told him that as a professional food writer, it’s hard for me give up fatty foods as it’s part of my job. He shrugged and didn’t seem too concerned: and he was right. As long as I exercised regularly, I would see a difference. The program he created for me offered enough of a challenge, without being overwhelming, that after a few weeks Danny was proved right: I started seeing real changes. My shoulders got bigger, my tummy got tighter. And, most importantly, I stuck with it. I started on November 1st and I’m still going strong: happily visiting the gym five days a week. Danny always keeps it interesting, changing up the exercises so I never get bored. If you can get an appointment with Danny, consider yourself lucky… this man works wonders even for former gym-haters like me.

Inspiration is an animating action or influence, and for this story, it is both. We all need and desire inspiration. Inspiration can be sought and it can surprise. Having been an athlete for most of my life, it was not easy to stop playing sports, but having a family and a demanding job tends to pull us away from some of our original inspirations. It was equally not easy to start exercising, this time, not for the sake of a team sport, but for the sake of my health and body image. After ten years, and many pounds later, I decided “enough is enough!!” It was time to regain my original self as I remembered it, time to “put down the cookie” and regain some health, strength and energy.
When I hired the inspiring trainer Danny Saltos. I did not know what to expect, because in the past, any attempts to get back in shape either failed or succeeded only minimally. As a result of this “inspired activity” I can say I am amazed, at 52 years old, I could not only lose 30 lbs, but truly change the shape of my body. The inspiration of this opportunity to change has translated in all areas of my life. The amazing Danny Saltos and my own inner voice, all gave me permission to takes the two steps forward, one step back, three steps forward… what I needed to know: positive change is possible. I haven’t looked this good, felt this good or this confident for over thirty years. Friends and family are astonished. Now, with this guided inspiration, I can remember the past and see what the future looks like, happy in my body again.

Danny’s a great trainer. He pushes me hard but not so hard that I want to quit and he has a great sense of humor so we’re joking with each other the whole time and it makes the workout more bearable. He’s very kind and I recommend him 100%. I started working out with him in 2007 to get in better shape for an acting job and in only a few months, I had lost 15 pounds and was looking and feeling much better. Thanks, Danny!
I have been training with Danny for nearly three years now and cannot emphasize how much he has changed my life! I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in, both physically and mentally! I always leave our sessions feeling stronger and healthier!
Not only does he motivate me to work hard, but he has also taught me how to eat right while still being able to enjoy food. He has always emphasized balance and moderation, which was different from other trainers I’ve had. Rather than going on a diet and then binging on the weekends, I have learned to incorporate good and yummy foods in a healthy way.
If you are looking to lose weight, get healthier or just push yourself physically, training with Danny is the way to go!!
