I’ve had the pleasure of training with Danny for almost 3 years now. He has trained me through 3 stages of my life- BB, DB and AB, Before Baby, During Baby and After Baby. To say he’s been incredible through these 3 stages is an understatement. Before working with Danny, I only did low impact workouts like The Bar Method (I actually owned a studio and was an instructor for over 7 years!), pilates and yoga and generally felt fit. However, after exclusively doing these types of workouts, I wanted more. I was always hesitant of the “gym life” as it felt intimidating and at times, unsafe (if you’re not in the correct form) but Danny quickly changed my mind shortly after working out with him. He introduced me to new workouts I’ve never done before and always ensured that I was not only challenged but in the best form. Within a few months, I felt even stronger and more fit- exactly what I wanted to accomplish with a new workout! After consistently training with Danny for almost 2 years, I found out I was pregnant. I knew that I wanted to stay active and fit during my pregnancy and Danny helped me do just that. Since he was prenatal certified, I instantly felt safe to continue our workouts and my doctor felt the same. For almost 9 months, I trained with Danny at least twice a week and credit our challenging and careful training to my amazing pregnancy experience. I believe our consistent training helped with my minimal morning sickness, weight gain and most importantly, my mental well being. I felt happy, healthy and prepared to give birth. When the time finally came to do just that, all the training really did help. Giving birth is like a marathon and training with Danny gave me the stamina and strength to deliver our beautiful baby girl, Dylan. Now almost 3 months after having Dylan, I am working with Danny to get back into shape. I am confident that with his guidance and training, I will get there- and this is what’s really the best thing about training with Danny. It’s not just that he’s so well versed in the exercises and is a professional, but he gives you the confidence you need to get to where you want to go. He pushes you, encourages you and most importantly, believes in you. Thank you Danny for everything that you’ve done for me and my body! I feel so much stronger physically and mentally since I started to work out with Danny!! I've been so impressed with how he has listened to my fitness goals. A lot of trainers choose workouts for the day and give them to every client they see- Danny takes the time to tailor each of our workouts to me and my body which has really helped me see results. Our workouts are tough and challenging but not so crazy I can't walk for days and stay active. He has such a positive spirit, I always look forward to our sessions!

I was always athletic growing up. From swimming to running, I had never had a personal trainer before. I remember my first session with Danny in March 2016. He made he feel comfortable and encouraged me to always push further than my limits. Not only did Danny train me, he educated me on my body, the workouts he gave me and my food intake. He helped me understand how to train and lose weight the healthy way. A year and a half into my training, he encouraged me to sign up for a half marathon, something I hadn't done in years. He conditioned and prepared me for the race and I completed my best time ever! With Danny's support and persistence I am happy to say I'm in the best shape of my life at 29 years old. I've also learned how to maintain a healthy work life balance. I train 5 days a week early in the morning with ease. Thank you Danny!

Prior to training with Danny, I did every work out you can imagine including, Pilates, hot yoga and boot camp.
