I was always athletic growing up. From swimming to running, I had never had a personal trainer before. I remember my first session with Danny in March 2016. He made he feel comfortable and encouraged me to always push further than my limits. Not only did Danny train me, he educated me on my body, the workouts he gave me and my food intake. He helped me understand how to train and lose weight the healthy way.

A year and a half into my training, he encouraged me to sign up for a half marathon, something I hadn’t done in years. He conditioned and prepared me for the race and I completed my best time ever!

With Danny’s support and persistence I am happy to say I’m in the best shape of my life at 29 years old. I’ve also learned how to maintain a healthy work life balance. I train 5 days a week early in the morning with ease. Thank you Danny!
